It’s that time again - time to gather in global community to listen to, & hold, stories from our Palestinian colleagues. The next “Storytime from Palestine” will be Sunday, August 16th at 7pm Palestine time/12pm Eastern time. Register to join virtually at combcutters.xyz/​solidarity

For the second time, we are inviting folks to join the “Hivemind” by hosting listening parties - big or small - in their cities, as a way to hear these stories WITH your community and have a way to connect, debrief, and organize right away. Want to organize a listening party in your community? Let us know & we can share a flyer template, promote your event, or brainstorm ideas for a fundraiser!

This month we’ll be welcoming back our favorite hakawati (folkloric storyteller), Mariam, as well as hearing from some amazing highschool students in the West Bank. And as always, we’ll get updates from the ground from our beekeeping colleagues in Gaza and the West Bank.

Whether you are tuning in on your own, or gathered with family, friends, or community, your presence and care is felt and appreciated. May these stories bring seeds of inspiration that sprout solidarity, growing a commitment to the liberation of the people and land of Palestine and beyond.

As always, we are fundraising for stipends for our Palestinian speakers & interpreters. Additional funds raised will go be distributed to beekeepers in Gaza and the West Bank.
